1 – General
1.1 – Purchase
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation.
1.2 – Prices
All prices are generally excl. 25% VAT and other fees, unless otherwise specified.
The price given at the time of order is the price of the item. This means that if the item goes up or down in value, the price you pay will not change after you have placed your order. Reservation is made for force majeure exceptions.
The purchase amount will be charged to your card once your item has been dispatched.
1.3 – Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
Prepayment (Amount shall be transferred within five working days). Please be aware that when paying by bank transfer you are not covered by the objection mechanism.
Cash upon collection in store (Collection must be made within five working days)
2 – Shipment
2.1 – Shipping methods
Here at Angle.design, we use Post Danmark or Danske Fragtmænd and the shipping methods that they offer for all shipments.
2.2 – Delivery times
We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. This means that you will typically receive your item within 1–3 days from the date on which you place your order. Any delivery times given are estimates only and can vary.
2.3 – Liability for shipments
In connection with the transport of goods from Angle.design ApS to the Customer, Angle.design ApS is liable in the event that the product is damaged or lost in transit. In connection with the transport of goods from the Customer to Angle.design ApS, the Customer is liable in the event that the product is damaged or lost in transit.
2.4 – Invoicing
Invoices are normally sent alongside orders.
3 – The return of goods
3.1 – Are you dissatisfied with your item?
When you purchase an item from us, either online or over the phone, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal applies from the date on which you receive your order. If you change your mind about your order within the withdrawal period, you can return the item and receive a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days from receipt of the item that you want to return the purchase. Notification should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our standard returns form. You must make it very clear in your notification that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
3.2 – Return conditions
You must return your order to us without any undue delay, and by no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your wish to return the item. You shall bear any direct costs in connection with return shipping. You shall bear the risk for the goods from the time at which they are first delivered to you.
The condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any degradation in value of the item that is due to handling beyond what is necessary in order to determine the nature and qualities of the item and how it works. In other words, you may try out the product to the same extent as you might do in a physical retail outlet, but you may not put it to actual use. If you have tested or used the product beyond the extent described above, it will be considered used, which means that when returning the item you may only be entitled to a part of the purchase price, or to none of the purchase price at all, depending on the resale value of the item in question.
Repayment of the purchase price
If you decide to return your purchase, then the amount that you paid to us will be refunded. In the case of value degradation that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase price. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payment that we have received from you, including payment for delivery costs (although not for extra costs incurred by your choice of a different delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without any undue delay and always within no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from our purchase agreement. We will refund your payment using the same payment method that you used when making your original purchase, unless you have given express instructions to refund the money in another way.
We are entitled to withhold repayment up until the item has been returned to us, unless you have provided documentation which demonstrates you have returned it. We do not accept packages that are sent without prior notification or which are sent as COD.

4 – Complaints and warranty
The warranty rules set out by the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to your purchase.
When you make a purchase from us as a consumer, you are protected by a 24-month warranty. This means that if your item displays any faults, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to receive a full or partial refund, all depending on the concrete circumstances in each case. It is a requirement that any complaints submitted must be justified and that the fault in question must not be the result of improper use or other damaging behaviour.
If your item is considerably delayed or faulty, you can contact email@example.com.
Complaints regarding faults must be submitted within a reasonable time from when you discover the fault or from when the fault should have been discovered in connection with a general inspection of the item. You can complain verbally or in writing.
When Angle.design ApS receives a complaint, we will always proceed to process it as quickly as possible. Angle.design ApS will decide whether the item should be repaired, replaced or if you should be granted a partial refund.
If the item needs to be returned to Angle.design ApS, then this shall occur at no expense to the Customer, with Angle.design ApS bearing any reasonable costs for shipping in connection with legitimate complaints. The item must be returned in appropriate packaging.

5 – Liability
Angle.design ApS cannot be held liable for any consequences that result from the use of goods or services on the Angle.design ApS online store.
There is no guarantee that the online store will be fully functioning and free from faults at any given time. Reservations are made for all forms of faults, inaccuracies and outdated information that may occur or appear in connection with updates and uploads to the store.
Angle.design ApS is subject to the valid legislation and regulations concerning product liability that are in force at any given time in Denmark and the EU. Any disputes or questions shall be settled by Danish courts in accordance with Danish law.
In order to conclude a purchase agreement with you, we require the following details:
Online order number, name, address, telephone number and email address.
We process the registration of your personal data so that we are able to deliver ordered goods to you. Personal data is registered via Angle.design ApS and stored for five years, whereupon it is then deleted.
Personal data is not forwarded to third parties.
As a data subject of Angle.design ApS, you are entitled at all times to object to our registration of your personal data. You are also entitled to gain an insight into what data we have registered about you. These rights are provided by the Personal Data Act. If you wish to make use of any such rights, you can do this by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to complain about your purchase, you can do so by sending an email to email@example.com.
If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant consumer body for the region, provided that the conditions are met.
